The ocean-view from the 67th floor was stunning. The room fixtures and fittings were high quality and the rooms were tastefully done.

Excellent view overlooking the ocean. High rise - we stayed at 92nd floor which was neat. Location was excellent

No designated area for check-in. Need to call front desk for them to come down.

I would choose this place again if staff was more attentive and gym was available. So I can not give perfect ratings. L

the location was perfect. it had incredible views. it was clean and spacious.

It was difficult to contact front desk service. we asked for towels but they never came. The property had a gym but it was not accessible to us. I’ve never had an experience where the gym is not available for guests. It was only for “elite” status.

Would definitely stay there again if back in Busan.

The apartment is spotlessly clean ! The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room with dryer and washer. Everything is so clean that it looked brand new. It has quality furnishing and a thoughtful layout. Has a great view of the Mipo harbour area and the ocean, with the beach just at doorstep. A supermarket is located in next building, and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Helpful staff !

Would be great to have an iron/ ironing board in the apartment. The futon was on the thin side.

It was so nice. I loved that the condo is spacious and has a wonderful view.

There was no paper towel and enough bath towels and extra blankets.

Wonderful

Great reception easy to check in. Perfect location to enjoy Haeundae. Kind and well trained staff. Nice option to enjoy a breakfast at Signiel hotel. Easy to park at the basement. Washing machine was useful for a light washing. Very modern set of elec goods.

Be noted that the 3rd floor is the ground floor. :-) a bit of mazed building. Microwave was brokedown just after 30sec but no big issue after all.

Wonderful

View from every room was amazing! I would stay again . Extremely clean and bed was comfortable. But for price, it was worth it. Excellent location.

Great location and room, okay experience

The view was spectacular and everything we needed was within walking distance. The washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, and full kitchen was really helpful managing our family during this trip.

Check in was hard to find and the front desk staff seemed to prefer to help residents than guests. Only the check in staff spoke fluent English, and I had to speak Korean to get most questions answered. The staff and security guards also seemed intolerant of children being loud and running around.

Amazing location/room but details forgotten

Location and views are amazing along with a spacious rental to spread out. The parking was easy, which is always a concern when driving around Korea.

This place has so much potential, but it is the little things (no bathing towels, dish towels, garbage cans, etc.) that you would expect for such a nice place. We had to buy bath towels as they only provide hand towels. When we asked the front desk, they confirmed none were available. Also we are unable to use building facilities as this location is a mix of full time residents and visitors like us and only residents can use, which was a disappointment to my kids.

Superb

The separate rooms and full kitchen were lovely. The bathtub was amazing!

We were hoping for a little more comfort when it came to furniture. The sofas and beds were not comfortable. It also would have been nice to have a way to exit and enter the building on the beach side. It was quite annoying to have to walk around every time we wanted to go to the beach.

The best stay in Busan!

We stayed here twice and loved it. Both times we had excellent customer service, beautiful and fully-stocked apartments, and breathtaking views of the sea. Perfect for families and a great value when compared to the expensive and small hotel rooms in Busan. Parking is very simple and secure. Restaurants everywhere, CU and 7-11, and the coastal train is almost right outside the main entrance.

There is no direct exit door to the beach/boardwalk side; instead, you have to walk all the way around the building. Nothing terrible, just takes a little more time.

Superb

The view is excellent, location is good, next to Bluesky park and beach walk. The unit is big with washer and dryer.

It's an apartment building, we don't have access to gym. There is no regular cleaning service, but we don't really need that since we only stayed for 3 nights.
